The things your individual systems can’t see.

AcquisitionIQ connects the information already sitting in your advertising, analytics, CRM, sales and customer systems — and finds relationships none of those systems can see on their own.

It finds what’s really driving your best customers, what’s getting in the way, and where the next meaningful opportunity may be hiding.

Your systems each know part of the story.

Your ad platforms

know what people searched, clicked and converted on.

Your CRM

knows which leads became customers.

Your sales data

knows what happened after the lead arrived.

Your customer data

knows what they bought, how profitable they became and how long they stayed.

AcquisitionIQ puts those pieces together.

What it can discover depends on more than which systems you use. It examines the data inside them, whether the important details are present, and whether the pieces can be connected responsibly.

So what can AcquisitionIQ find?

01

Your cheapest leads aren’t your cheapest customers.

A campaign can produce inexpensive leads while producing customers who close less often, spend less, leave sooner or generate less profit. AcquisitionIQ looks beyond the initial conversion to find what those customers actually became worth.

02

Your “worst” campaign may be producing your best customers.

A campaign with a higher cost per lead or customer can still be far more valuable if its customers close more often, buy more, generate better margins or stay longer.

03

You may be losing good leads after marketing hands them to sales.

Sometimes the advertising isn’t the problem. AcquisitionIQ can find good opportunities that perform very differently depending on how quickly they’re contacted, who receives them or what happens next.

04

A campaign that looks profitable may not actually be profitable.

Revenue and return on ad spend don’t tell the entire story. Returns, discounts, margins, repeat purchases and customer longevity can completely change which marketing is really winning.

05

Your highest-value customers may have something in common you haven’t noticed.

AcquisitionIQ can connect acquisition source, campaign, search behavior, customer type, geography, product mix, sales handling and long-term customer value to uncover patterns hidden across separate systems.

06

There may be profitable demand you’re not funding.

AcquisitionIQ can identify campaigns, audiences, keywords, channels or customer groups producing unusually strong business outcomes but receiving too little budget — and areas receiving more than their real value justifies.

Sometimes what it finds changes the decision completely.

Illustrative examples, not customer results.

Your lowest-cost-per-lead campaign is actually producing your second-worst customers. Campaign B costs 38% more per lead but produces 2.4× the gross profit within 12 months. Reallocate $4,000 from A to B.

Campaign B is producing substantially more 18-month gross profit despite its higher cost per lead. It is also budget constrained. Ordinarily we’d recommend shifting another $8,000 toward it, but we are not recommending that this week because your sales capacity is at 94%. The higher-priority decision is to repair that downstream constraint.

Your best-closing sales rep receives only 18% of paid-search leads, while the rep receiving 43% of them closes those same lead types at less than half the rate. The campaigns are producing good opportunities; lead routing is suppressing their value. Rebalance paid-search leads across the sales team before increasing ad spend.

What do your systems already know about your customers?

The data is probably already there. The problem is that no single system can see enough of it to tell you the whole story. AcquisitionIQ connects those pieces, finds what matters and tells you what deserves your attention.
